East Shore

Comprised of 17 total homesites, eight of the sites are on the water with access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The community is also home to "The Preserve", a private, gated 1.3 acre parcel consisting of nine estate-size home sites all tucked away in a lush, tropical oasis.

Entrada

The original single family home development on Tierra Verde that began in the 1960's. Homes include on and off water locations with 153 homesites. The entrance to this subdivision was once home to Guy Lombardo's Port O' Call Resort back in the 70's that featured such stars as Frank Sinatra, Marlene Deitrich, Liberace, Mel Torme and others. 

Monte Cristo

This island was once the only way to access Tierra Verde via ferry that ran from Pass-A-Grille to a dock at the west end of Madonna Blvd. Development began primarily in the 80’s to present day. Homesites include waterfront on Grand Canal & Pass-A-Grille channel and waterfront Condos & Townhomes on Pass-A-Grille channel (7 complexes). This subdivision enjoys very low traffic with only one way entry and exit

Pinellas Bayway

In 1962 the Pinellas Bayway was completed and provided the way to Fort DeSoto. Present day, the Bayway is home to a wide variety  of Condominium and Townhome complexes. East side waterfront properties are on the Grand Canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico while the west side waterfront properties are on a canal leading to Boca Ciega which provides access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf.

Sands Point

Offers on and off water luxury homes with approximately 291 homesites. Waterfront properties enjoy direct access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Most waterfront homes face Tampa Bay while others are on the canal that leads to the Bay and Gulf. There is a variety of architectural styling ranging from classic 1980's to modern, multi-million dollar mansions.

West Shore

This unique subdivision features 37 homesites with high-end luxury homes that back to the islands of Shell Key Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. There are also properties that back to a lake and secluded wooded areas providing privacy. The lake is home to thousands of birds and waterfowl during the winter migration and is a birdlover's paradise.
